‘Destiny’: Raid Cheats, Weapon Reload And God Mode Mods Leaked
While "Destiny" is a fun and addictive game, it can also be really tough to play. This is basically the case especially when gamers engage in Raids or Strikes. However, a new cheat has been leaked, which supposedly lets players enjoy god mode so missions can easily be completed.
Courtesy of YouTube user MhzMiricle, Kotaku claims that "Destiny" players can now achieve god mode when in Raids or Strikes. A screen grab posted by the site shows a "special menu" that allows for any cheat to be enabled. The options are reportedly limitless, including god mode, no cool downs on supers, unlimited supply of ammo, and loads of damage, to name a few. Enemies can be taken down with 99999 damages as seen in the video below. The player even manages to kill a boss with just one shot because of the damage cheat.
However, these new cheats are said to only be limited to the Xbox 360 and those that have been modded. While the option for a god mode is tempting, it would seem like "Destiny" players, even those who own modded consoles, won't be able to use these cheats themselves. Sadly, MhzMiricle said in his video that they are "currently private. It will not be released nor will the Source code."
This wouldn't be the first time "Destiny" cheats were leaked. Gamerant previously reported on an infinite ammo cheat that made the rounds online last month. Another YouTube user, 0neThatsExiled, showed how players can shoot at enemies endlessly, without having the need to reload or get ammo, and these not only pertain to the primary weapons. According to the site, players get infinite ammo even on the special and heavy ones.
Even Glimmer cheats were leaked. IdigitalTimes claimed some players were able to rack up their character's Glimmer without the need to kill any aliens. The video below from Ammar-A1 shows how "Destiny" players don't have to enter the Crucible or go mining in loot caves to up their character's Glimmer. As seen in the video, it only takes a few "off-camera magic" to achieve a 99999+ Glimmer from a mere 62.
There have been more than a few cheats leaked since "Destiny" was launched on September 9. It's believed these recent god mode and infinite ammo leaks won't be the last players would be hearing of.
