At 60, Robin Williams will see for himself whether the third time's a charm.

Williams married his longtime girlfriend Susan Schneider, whom he had openly spoken about in 2010, after the two of them attended the Academy Awards together.

""Yes, there's a person. Very lovely, and it's been very nice and very quiet. ... Her name is Susan Schneider. Very sweet. Good peeps," Williams told USA today.

Williams has three children aged 19, 22 and 28 from his two previous marriages. His divorce from his second wife, Filipina Marsha Garces, was finalized last year. Garces was the former nanny of William's eldest, Zachary, whom he had with his first wife, Valerie Valardi.

Williams' and Schneider's wedding was held Saturday at the lavish Meadow Wood Resort in California's Napa Valley, his rep has confirmed to various publications. Photos have yet to be released by Williams' party, but the guests included renowned directors Steven Spielberg and George Lucas, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

Schneider reportedly stayed by Williams' side to take care of him as he recovered from heart surgery to replace an aortic valve in 2009, the same year they met.

"Let the wedding madness begin!" Williams' daughter Zelda tweeted on Saturday, when she also tweeted of wedding rehearsals. In a funny twist, followers of Zelda's account thought she was the one getting married. Without giving details that her father was the groom, she later tweeted that his father was in the wedding.

"Dad just called @RobertKazinsky and @ShannonCollis my hetero-lifemates at the wedding. Now everyone thinks I'm a redhead polygamist," Zelda posted.

Congratulations to the newlyweds!
