Marisol Suarez (Ana Ortiz) marries Nicholas Deering (Mark Deklin) earlier on Devious Maids Season 2. In the finale, another wedding is taking place. Rosie Falta (Dania Ramirez) gets her own wedding, and fans will be happy to know the groom is no other than Mr Spence (Grant Show).
There goes Rosie's immigration woes. Reggie (Reggie Austin) has nothing left with which to threaten her. However, some problems remain. Valentina's (Edy Ganem) life is in danger in Devious Maids Season 2 finale.
Ty McKay (Gideon Glick), who is obsessively in-love with Carmen Luna (Roselyn Sánchez), wants Valentina gone. It remains to be seen whether Ethan Sinclair (Colin Woodell) will be a hero or a monster as evil as his mother in this week's DM episode and finale offering.
"Season 2 ends with Nick admitting his secret to Marisol and she convincing him to make things right with all those involved. Meanwhile, Carmen meets a handsome stranger who offers to help with her music career; Zoila gets some shocking news; Valentina is offered the opportunity of a lifetime; and Spence and Rosie decide to tie the knot," reads the Devious Maids Season 2 finale synopsis on TV.com.
Based on the bloodied piece of colourful cloth that Marisol finds in DM 2x12, fans suspect that it was Nicholas Deering who had killed the son of Evelyn and Adrian Powell (Rebecca Wisocky, Tom Irwin). A sneak peek into the Powells in the Devious Maids 2x13 preview seems to confirm this theory.
Devious Maids upped its game in its sophomore year. What happens in Season 3 does not necessarily hinge in the Season 2 finale, but key moments will be introduced. For instance, Rosie's immigration trouble was used as a cliffhanger in the DM Season 1 finale.
