Yvonne Strahovski reprises her role as Hannah McKay in Dexter Season 8, Episode 6. The episode's U.S. Showtime airdate is on August 4 (Sunday). If you refuse to know any more spoilers, it might not be a good idea to read on.

Dexter Season 8: The Big Episode 6 Spoiler

Entertainment Weekly issued the scoop on Dexter Season 8, Episode 6. Hannah would reportedly want Dexter's help, initially. The next Dexter-Hannah encounter is more emotional than what fans would expect, the entertainment site said. In the end, Dexter and Debra find themselves in trouble.

Hannah "made her dramatic return in the final moments of last week's Dexter, appearing like a blurry ghost as Dex (Michael C. Hall) and his sister, Debra (Jennifer Carpenter) passed out from her poison," reports EW.

"She initially wants to blackmail Dexter into helping her remove a man from her life, yet she realizes her feelings are still very present for him," Yvonne was quoted as saying. She teased, "It's going to be quite emotional, more so than I think what people may expect."

Dexter's Final Season, Hannah's Emotional Farewell

"This ending is going to be sad," Yvonne said, giving rise to fans' speculations that she might die in Dexter Season 8.

The special episode featuring Hannah McKay's return is the last instalment of the first half of Dexter's final season. The second half is composed of the last six episodes, within which viewers will find how things end for Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall) and Debra Morgan (Jennifer Carpenter).
