Did Miley Cyrus Confirm Relationship Between Niall Horan & Demi Lovato?

The highly anticipated music event of the year, MTV Video Music Awards 2012, finally hit off at the Staples Center. While celebrities are reliving their ultimate wins of the night, fans are screaming their lungs out of photos spread out of the web.

One would include Miley Cyrus hugging both Niall Horan of One Direction and Demi Lovato. What exactly did the hug even mean?

MTV's Video Music Awards of 2012 set at the Staples Center in Los Angeles was definitely successful. From stars of the upcoming flick "Perks of Being a Wallflower" to very pregnant, Amber Rose, the red carpet had its fill of stars.

While Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber's absence was quite noticeable that day, the presence of One Direction, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Robert Pattinson and Miley Cyrus was enough to crave the hunger of celebrity-hunger stricken fans.

The big smooch between former couple, Rihanna and Chris Brown, caused quite the outrage both at the event and on social networking sites. Even Katy Perry's "almost" smooch with One Direction member, Niall Horan, did not go unnoticed and un-talked about by fans.

Yet, nothing compares to the talk about Miley Cyrus' hug with One Direction's Niall Horan and Demi Lovato back stage. If fans do recall, Niall and Demi have been quite silent about their pseudo relationship. Despite Demi's constant denials of an actual relationship between her and Niall, actions would always speak louder than words.

Taking it back to Demi's birthday, Twitter exploded by the minute as soon as Niall sent out a birthday greeting to the lovely "X-Factor" host which goes, "Happy birthday honey! Have a lovely day! See ya soon."

"Nemi" soon become an instant trend on Twitter worldwide and will soon be trending once again all thanks to Miley Cyrus. The teen queen was spotted hugging both Demi Lovato and Niall Horan back stage during the MTV Video Music Awards. Could the hug be a meaning to something else? Miley could have hugged all members of the boy band but instead opted to hug only Niall Horan. This in itself is one big clue screaming that "Nemi" does exist.

All that is left is for Demi Lovato and Niall Horan to finally come clean about their relationship. Sure enough, their fans would feel nothing but happiness for them.
