Dina, Clint Eastwood's second wife, has filed for legal separation from hubby ending their 17-year-old marriage, officially.

The petition was filed in Monterey County Superior Court on Monday by Dina Eastwood. The petition read that she seeks physical custody of 16-year-old Morgan as well as spousal support. According to the Monterey County Herald report, the petition says that the Clint and Dina had a premarital agreement. However, the legal custody of Morgan would be shared by both Dina and Clint.

The Eastwoods tied the knot in 1996 and lived in their Carmel, California home. It is the same home where "Mrs. Eastwood & Company," an E! reality show debuted in 2012. The show chronicled the life of Dina, her daughter Morgan and her stepdaughter Francesca Fisher-Eastwood.

Clint was in a relationship with "Titanic" actress Frances Fisher and together they have a daughter, 20-year-old Francesca.

It was in Aug., Dina revealed to Us Weekly that she and Clint had been living separately, but are close to each other. Soon new reports emerged of Dina starting off with Scott Fisher, a good friend and Hawaii University basketball coach this month. During the same time, Clint was linked with Erica who happens to be Scott Fisher's former wife.

Tension started between the couple when Dina started out with "Mrs. Eastwood & Company." She often complained about how her life is and cried in front of the camera several times, according to Daily Mail.

In fact, Dina checked into rehab for depression and anxiety earlier this year.

Clint, on the other hand, has been quite the ladies man. He met his first wife Maggie Johnson on a blind date. The couple decided to separate after 10 years of marriage but officially divorced in May 1984. During that time, he fell for actress Sondra Locke and lived with her for 14 years. While he was on with Sondra, he and Jacelyn Reeves, a flight attendant, had two children together, according to Daily Mail.

In 1990, Clint and actress Frances Fisher started their romance saga after meeting on the set of "Pink Cadillac." Later, he also directed her in "Unforgiven," and separated in 1995. He met Dina in 1993 and was later married to her.
