In a tragic turn of events, Rapper Doe B was killed in a shootout in Alabama. The rapper who appeared in the film Hustle Gang and recently released his "Baby Jesus" mix tape was shot dead in Alabama club yesterday morning.

The terrible incident took place in the Centennial Hill Bar and Grill (in Doe B's hometown) of Montgomery, Alabama. Apparently, this is not the first time that the rapper became victim of shooting. Three years ago he suffered a gun shot which left a wound on his eye.

Doe B death was confirmed by his management team on Twitter. "We are sad by the untimely demise that made a splash with his role in 'Hustle Gang'."

In the wake of such tragedy many fellow rappers including Drake, Juicy J and Hustle Gang leader T.I have send their condolences message to the rapper's family.

Drake tweeted "RIP Doe B."

T.I. also wrote on Twitter, "RIP to my lil brother Doe B. We gon miss u my n***a. U'll never be forgotten & U WILL NOT DIE IN VAIN. We Love U champ. Always."

The police are currently looking into the reason of shoot out. It has also been reported that along with the rapper an unidentified girl was also killed. According to statement released by Montgomery Police Department, "The unidentified woman killed in the shooting was 21-year-old Montgomery native Kimberle Johnson. Six others suffered gunshot wounds and were transported to local hospitals as well. The incident apparently occurred around 1:30 AM on Saturday morning."

The Centennial Hill Bar and Grill has been closed for the moment and Montogomery Mayor Todd Strange. He has stated, "The venue 'poses an imminent threat to the public's safety,' also citing a history of violence at the establishment."

Remembering Doe B, his management told Hollywoodlife.com, "He was an amazing young man, in every sense of the word. A truly talented artist, a loving father and a dedicated member of the hip hop community at large, he touched the lives of the many people who had the privilege of knowing him," adding, "The Blueprint Group offers our condolences to our Doe B label partners Interscope / Hustle Gang, his management DJ Frank White and Brooklyn Knights, and most of all his family, friends and fans at this very difficult time. We ask that you remember him not by his untimely death, but by his love of life and the music he left behind."
