The Doha fire tragedy on Monday has killed 19 people, including 13 children, three of whom are toddler triplets of New Zealand expats Jane and Martin Weekes. The grieving couple attended a vigil service for the fire fatalities at a Doha park for the victims of the fire Tuesday night. They shared their grief with everyone in the vigil and expressed their sympathies for the other families that lost their loved ones in the tragedy.

A video below shows the vigil attended by the Weekes couple and other grieving families and friends of the fire tragedy victims. Mereana Hond, a New Zealand journalist who attended the vigil described the scene to be "very emotional."

"Lillie, Jackson and Willsher came into this world together and were inseparable as siblings, best friends and the joy of our life," the Weekes said in their statement.

"Tragically, they left together after only two short years. A time that was lived to the full everyday with us laughing, playing, waking us at all hours of the night and simply being the sunshine in our world."

Ron Turner, Jane's father, had told Newstalk ZB they were flying to Doha Tuesday night to join the triplets' parents.

"She was still just as numb I suppose, and just as empty as my wife and I feel right now and the rest of our family and friends who have rallied around to give us support," the triplets' grandfather said.

Meanwhile, Qatar's attorney general has ordered the arrest of five people thought to be responsible for the operations at Villagio Mall. Two managers have reportedly been arrested, and they will face charges for the blaze.

Sprinklers at the malls allegedly malfunctioned during the tragedy, and Qatar is now expected to impose stricter safety measures on establishments.

YouTube user ghazankhan11 described the following video as follows: "The local rugby players dedicated the famous all blacks (Rugby team of New Zealand) HAKA to the family which lost its triplets Willshire, Jackson & Lillie in the Villagio fire."

YouTube user ThugJustice11 had uploaded a video of the giant smoke coming out from the Villagio Mall on the day of the blaze. In the video's description: "While I was there I saw everyone evacuated and I asked the management if anyone was injured and they said no. But now it has been confirmed by authorities that there have been 19 deaths."
