While Prince William was busy with his official China visit, his wife the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, visited London’s Goring Hotel. She made an appearance donning Erdem dress. The luxurious hotel celebrated its 105th anniversary on March 2. The hotel has a special place in Kate’s heart as it is the same place where she stayed the night before she got married to Prince William, according to Hello.

The duchess is seven month's pregnant and her maternity style has seen a continuous change. Though, she continues to look chic and elegant, and has yet to make an appearance in loose-fitting clothes. Even in her advanced stage of pregnancy, Kate arruved at the event in a tight, form fitting dress, according to reports.

The floral Darla dress was from Erdem’s Resort 2013 collection. It reportedly has a price tag of $1,528. The vibrant stretchy dress ,with its purple, blue, pink and green confetti prints, highlighted her baby bump. Kate kept her chestnut locks loose and paired the floral number with Alexander McQueen navy blue suede court shoes and a neat indigo clutch by Stuart Weitzman for Russell & Bromley.

Also, the 33-year-old royal’s Darla dress featured the three-quarter-length sleeves and a cute cut-out at the back. The hemline ended just above the knees. This particular version of the dress is no longer available for purchase.

During her two-hour long visit to the hotel, she toured the property’s new suites that were renovated during the month of January. It was the first time that the hotel was closed since its inception in 1910. According to reports, the Goring was open even during both the world wars. After Kate’s royal wedding to Prince William in 2011, she has visited the hotel many times. Her last visit to Goring was in December 2014 for a meeting of sailing charity, 1851 Trust of which she is a patron. Back in April 2011, the duchess stayed at the royal apartments on the fifth floor of the iconic building.

Earlier, Marissa Mayer, CEO of Yahoo, had worn a similar looking dress from the collection in September 2012 when she was eight months pregnant. Marissa wore a longer, sleeveless version of the dress that was custom made for her by the designer himself. She wore the dress to the San Francisco Symphony Opening Gala. Meanwhile, Kate, who is known for her fascination for Alexander McQueen, has wore Erdem on three official occasions, till now.
