The votes have been counted and Kate Middleton has emerged as the winner. The Duchess of Cambridge has been voted the most stylish woman of 2014, edging out other style icons and world renowned celebrities.

The pregnant Duchess has topped a poll that was conducted by fashion and beauty website called feelunique.com. The 32-year old brunette beauty was voted the most stylish woman of 2014 by 2,000 British respondents, according to Scottish news website Scotsman.

The duchess has been credited for being able to mix in everyday affordable items, with the high end. It is often reported that many of her outfits fly off the rack minutes after she appears in them. She has established herself to be a true style icon, with millions of eyes and cameras watching her every move and every outfit that she wears.

Fashion designer Victoria Beckham, 40, received second highest votes. The former spice girl is one of the celebrities who always steps out looking immaculate, according to a spokesperson of feelunique.com. And, rounding out the top three is Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, a judge from the British version of reality talent show "X-Factor." "Harry Potter" actress Emma Watson, who recently won the British Style Award that was given during the British Fashion Awards, came fourth.

Also, another Katherine made it to the list. Welsh mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins got the fifth spot and edged out American actress Angelina Jolie who came sixth in the poll. Popular country/pop star Taylor Swift managed to come seventh, ahead of British Actress Keira Knightley. The women of "X-factor" have been clearly impressing their audience, as another judge, Nicole Scherzinger, made it to top ten. She grabbed the ninth position in the poll result. Also, former Mrs. Pitt made it to the list. Jennifer Aniston lost out to Angelina by a few places. She clinched the tenth spot.

Other notable stars that made an appearance in the poll include "Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence and supermodel Kate Moss. Singer Kylie Minogue held up the Australian flag in the polls.

According to the poll ranking, the least stylish stars of this year are former glamour model Katie Price, reality TV star Kim Kardashian and pop star Lady Gaga.
