Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar are now expecting their 20th child by 2012. The stars of Discovery Travel and Living's show '19 Kids and Counting' are very excited about their new addition to their family.

"We are so excited," exclaims Michelle, now 45 years old and has just finished the first trimester of her pregnancy.

"I feel good. I am actually done with the morning sickness stage," she shares.

The couple lives in Tontitown, Arkansas and have 19 children at the moment: Joshua, 23, Jana and John David, 21, Jill, 20, Jessa, 19, Jinger, 17, Joseph, 16, Josiah, 15, Joy Anna, 14, Jedidiah and Jeremiah, 12, Jason 11, James, 10, Justin, 8, Jackson, 7, Johanna, 6, Jennifer, 4, Jordyn, 3 and Josie, 2.

The Duggar couple are preparing to face the questions regarding the 20th pregnancy that they have at the moment, most especially after the premature birth of their 19th child.

Jim Bob says that his wife is more likely in a better condition now compared to how she was ten years ago.

"She has been exercising on the elliptical for one hour each day and is very mindful about her food intake," he shares.

Their family doctor is looking after Michelle's diet and overall health and being very cautious about her high risk pregnancy. There are about 10 to 15 percent of pregnant women who experience preeclampsia - a condition involving high blood pressure and protein production in the urine. Michelle had this condition during her second pregnancy which made the doctor place her under high risk pregnancy watch.

"We are doing our best on this pregnancy. I am taking my daily naps and we careful in everything that we do," says Michelle.

"if we had lived by fear after Michelle had preeclampsia following her second baby, then we would have missed out on all the other wonderful blessings that we ought to receive in this family. Her other pregnancies went extremely well," says Jim Bob.

The couple is expecting to know the sex of the baby around Christmas time. The rest of the family are quite excited about the new addition to their ever growing family.

"It was a big surprise. The little ones started jumping up and down," says Jim Bob.
