Duggar Family Travels To Ireland and Scotland
Yes, it is going to be 20 Kids and Counting soon with Michelle and Jim Bob announcing last week that they are once again expecting another child. Child number 20 will arrive in the world by spring of next year.
In the meantime, the entire Duggar family has started their European tour to last for 20 days and with their first time overseas, they are set to see Ireland and Scotland.
A family meeting was called to prepare everyone with Jim Bob even outlining their trip in giant maps. Jess, being the organizing queen of the family is assigned to assist everyone with what to pack which led them to first shop for suitcases.
The Flight To Scotland
The very excited Duggar family took a small plane that fits everyone in a cozy manner to New York City and from there they boarded a bigger jet to head on for Scotland. The kids had a hard time with the change in time zone that everyone was struggling to even get naps.
Their first stop was to walk the Royal Mile to Edinburgh Castle together where they watched street performers doing extreme acts of eating fire and swords. Jim Bob even got the chance to minister to one of the performers who turned out to be an atheist. Michelle loved the scenery that the colours of the environment reminded her of the patchwork quilts she does back home. They were also named as 'The McDuggar Clan' for the Highland Games.
After joining the tug of war games and Michelle dressing as a traditional Scottish female, they rode a ferry to Ireland. Everyone was still very excited despite the motion sickness that most had to endure during the ferry trip.
Bonding With The Animals
In Ireland, the entire family enjoyed making Irish Soda Bread and watched how the sheepdogs herded. They also tried the pig-riding contest while Jim Bob drank fresh milk straight from the mother cow.
It was definitely a wonderful time for the Duggars topping it off with nice people in the land and the good weather they all enjoyed. They are set to go to England next to see the Stonehenge and The London Eye amongst many others.
