Here is the "Dumb and Dumber To" movie review including the best and worst moments of the film.

"Dumb And Dumber To" was written and directed by the Farrelly brothers, Bobby and Peter. It was co-written with Sean Anders, John Morris, Mike Cerrone and Bennett Yellin. The film was produced by Joey McFarland, Charles B. Wessler, Bradley Thomas and Riza Aziz. Its running time is 109 minutes. Its main plot is about Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne twenty years after the events that happened in the 1994 film "Dumb and Dumber." It shows Lloyd who has been committed at a mental institution and Harry visiting him there. But, Lloyd later reveals that he is just there as a prank.

Lloyd left the institution after the shocking revelation. Meanwhile, Harry divulged that he has a bad kidney and needs a donor who is related to him. But, his parents cannot help him because he was adopted. He found out that he has a daughter named Fanny/Penny. Harry and Lloyd decide to look for her.

Lloyd realises that Penny is actually his daughter, and not Harry. But, the real father of Penny is Pete Stainer, also known as "Pee Stain." Penny's mother Fraida revealed it towards the end of the film. Harry also revealed that he was pranking Lloyd and he doesn't really need a new kidney.

"Dumb And Dumber To" showcases ridiculous and hilarious scenes, but the first film "Dumb and Dumber" was much funnier.
