Dwayne Johnson has become victim of two death hoaxes within one week. The latest scam says that the "Fast And Furious7" actor was declared dead in New Zealand. Apparently, the hoax claims that Johnson died in a fall while he was filming for "Fast & Furious" installment. The hoax started surfacing on Tuesday and Wednesday and it reads as follows:

"Actor Dwayne Johnson died while filming a movie in New Zealand early this morning ... Preliminary reports from New Zealand Police officials indicate that the actor fell more than 60 feet to his death on the Kauri Cliffs while on-set. At about 11 a.m. ET on Saturday (April 05, 2014), our beloved actor Dwayne Johnson passed away. Dwayne Johnson was born on May 2, 1972 in Hayward. He will be missed but not forgotten. Please show your sympathy and condolences by commenting on and liking this page, " reported Epoch Times

The first hoax took users to a Facebook like page where once they clicked on the post, which said "R.I.P Dwayne Johnson, they were asked to share or like the post so that scam could be spread further.

The "Hercules" actor refuted the fake rumors by taking to Twitter and proving that he is alive and kicking.

"Alright.. 3 hrs sleep, but kickin' jet lag's [expletive]. Its time to work.. Good morning from lovely London," wrote The Rock.

Moreover, he even offered his condolences to the family of wrestler Ultimate Warrior, who passed away on Tuesday night.

Celeb death hoaxes seem to have become the order of the day and such antics not only hurt emotions of fans but also of the actor involved. Justin Bieber, Late Paul Walker, Rowan Atkinson are some of actors who have become victim of death hoaxes in the past few months.
