Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade has sold his lifestory to Fox. A sitcom based on Wade's life as a single parent and athlete will become a 30-minute comedy show on the TV network.

The upcoming sitcom titled, "Three, the Hard Way," is inspired by Wade's best-selling book, "A Father First: How my Life Became Bigger than Basketball." The title of the sitcom just makes sense. Wade's jersey number is three. He has won three championships. He has two sons, and with him, it makes a family of three.

"So blessed, I hope my story can help others," Wade wrote Twitter.

The sitcom will revolve around the main character named Daryl Wade, an NBA superstar, who is raising to young boys as a single dad. "Wade gets full guardianship of his two young boys and finds himself, along with his entourage of friends, parenting by committee," according to a press release made for the sitcom.

Wade has expressed about how he wants to be hands-on with this project. "I would like to be involved, to the point that I will be involved and make sure that the show has enough of what I would like to see from my story," he said according to ESPN. "I have not figured out yet who will play my character, but I suppose it will someone who is handsome, said Dwyane. "I just want somebody who is good," he added.

Recently, Wade has released his own production company called ZZ Productions. It has been reported his production company will be a partner for the TV project alongside Sony Pictures Television, Mandalay Sports Media and Perfect Storm Entertainment.

Maybe Dwyane could make an appearance on the show and some of the biggest names in the NBA. We wonder if it will do good in terms of rating.

Meanwhile, Dwayne and his team will face Orlando Magic on Wednesday for the 2013-14 NBA season.
