Controversial rapper Eminem has just announced his tour dates for the upcoming Australian leg of his "Rapture Tour" in February 2014.

According to his official Web site at eminem.com, he will travel to key cities in Australia including Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane on Feb. 19, 20 and 22, 2014 to perform and promote his songs from the album "Marshall Mathers LP 2," which will be released on November 5, 2013.

Eminem will kick off his Australian Tour on Feb. 19, 2014 at the Etihad Stadium in Melbourne. Afterwards, he will head to Brisbane on Feb. 20, 2014 to perform at the Suncorp Stadium. Then, he will proceed to the ANZ Stadium in Sydney on Feb. 22, 2014.

The "Rapture Tour," will also feature hip hop recording artists J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar, as well as rapper 360, who hails from Melbourne.

Promoted by the company Dainty Group, the "Rapture Tour," is described as "a game-changing hip hop event curated by Eminem, and presented by Dainty Entertainment, with ears tuned to the streets, and eyes locked on rap's future."

"I am really excited to be working with Eminem on Rapture, an annual event with a long-term vision of showcasing the best of the best in hip hop at affordable prices to the punter," said promoter Paul Dainty in a statement.

Eminem teams up with Dainty Group again after his very successful, sold-out stadium tour in 2011.

Tickets for the "Rapture Tour," will be available starting Oct. 31, 2013. For those who want to make sure that they get tickets before it becomes sold out, they can already register for the pre-sale of tickets starting on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013 at 2 p.m. by clicking here.

The ticket prices for Australia differ depending on the area. These are: $100 for the B Reserve, $155 for the GA Red Zone, $155 for the A Reserve and $299 for the GA Lose Yourself Zone.

Before Eminem tours Australia in February 2014 for the "Rapture Tour," he will be seen at Western Springs in Auckland, New Zealand for a hip hop festival on Feb. 15, 2014.
