Eminem's Daughter Resurfaces In Twitter, Now Grown Up And Accomplished
The little girl people have known from Eminem's “Hailie’s Song” back in 2012 has finally resurfaced as she recently changed her Twitter profile picture. Hailie Jade Scott Mathers, the rapper’s only child, has been making the headlines once more after shying away from the spotlight. She's now all grown up and ready for college.
The 18-year-old, as seen from the Twitter photo, showed off her gorgeous looks that appeared to be the perfect blend of her rapper father and her mother, Kim Scott. The blonde beauty, with her stunning smile and tousled locks, was named homecoming queen in her high school Chippewa Valley in 2013, in a celebration attended by her parents. According to Too Fab, her mother Kim came out with her but Eminem maintained a low profile as he did not want to cause a stir and wanted Hailie to have her own moment of glory. She was voted queen by the student body and faculty members, who thought of her as a smart, athletic and caring young woman.
The Michigan native does not only have the looks to die for but also the brain to back up her ambitions. Hailie graduated from high school in June last year with a summa cum laude title that meant she achieved no less than a GPA of 3.9. She has attended the Chippewa Valley Schools since her pre-school days at Cherokee Elementary School and has been actively involved in the Art Club, Volleyball team, Student Council and the National Honor Society. Us Magazine found out from the school district’s website that she plans to study at the Michigan State University, pursuing either a psychology or entrepreneurship degree.
Hailie has also expressed her gratitude to her parents in a newsletter titled “Most Influential During My Lifetime,” which was posted in their school’s publication. "My mother and father because they have pushed me to be the person I am and have given me all the support to achieve what I have," it read. The teen’s parents were high school sweethearts and were married in 1999. They were divorced in 2001 but got remarried in 2006. Eminem has also been very vocal about being overprotective of his daughter. He wrote “Hailie’s Song” in 2002.
