The photos showed Emma Robert's boyfriend and assault victim, Evan Peters, comforting the actress.

TMZ released the photos wherein Peters hugged Roberts. Last July 7, in Montreal Emma Roberts was arrested. The police received a call from the hotel where the couple checked-in. Upon arrival of the police, the actress Emma Roberts and her boyfriend Evan Peters both sustained injuries. The call was received around 2 a.m.

Evan Peters, 26, whose notable appearance was in Kick-Ass had a bloody nose and sustained bite marks from his girlfriend Emma Roberts. On the other hand, Emma Roberts had bruised legs a week following the incident. There were no charges filed. Laurent Gingras, a Spokeperson of theMontreal police, revealed, "That woman was brought to court, and no charges were pressed on her."

Emma Robert's camp released a statement regarding the incident. "It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding. Ms. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it," as released to E! News.

The day after the incident July 8, seemed normal. Emma tweeted , "Sorry for the long break guys. How's everybody!"

There hasn't been any statement as to what provoked the actress and boyfriend to hurt each other.

Emma Robets and Evan Peters will appear on the upcoming third season of American Horror Story which premiers in October.
