Emmy's are back and as anticipated 'Mad Men', 'Breaking Bad' and 'Modern Family' find themselves in the nomination list while there are few unexpected nominations and neglects which have left us astounded.

We admit it, we do admire Connie Britton inspite of her work on ABC's uneven Nashville but she getting a nomination for the same is what we don't approve of especially when we have exceptional Maslany on 'Orphan Black'. It is bizarre not to have such a dramatic act get nominated. Also Hyden Panetteire not getting applauds for her supporting actress work as an emotional disturbed Juliette Barnes is a downer.

Hurrah! Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright for landing a nomination for 'House of Cards' and Jason Bateman for 'Arrested Development'. It has indeed proved to be a ball for the live streaming Netflix in its very first Emmy season.

All smiles for Kerry Washington for earning a nomination for 'TV's best character' for her role as Olivia Pope, on ABC's popular series 'Scandal'. Moreover, we salute Dan Bucatinsky for gaining eminence as the Best Guest Star. What do you have to say Cyrus (Jeff Perry)?

It is hard to come to terms with the fact that, lately 'Downtown Ebby' has become more of a soap opera then a heightened period drama. But we guess its immense popularity has got its nominations for Best Drama, Best Actor (Hugh Bonneville), Best Actress (Michelle Dockery), Best Supporting Actor (Jim Carter) and Best Supporting Actress (Maggie Smith). Kudos to you PBS!

Adam Driver you have flabbergasted us with your brilliant act as Hannah's(Lena Dunham) bossy boyfriend and yes we give a thumbs up for your best supporting actor nomination.

Just like last year it seems American Idol is not on anyone's favorite list even this year. 'Dancing With The Stars' and 'The Voice' dominate the Best Reality Show with an indomitable roar.

Lindsay Lohan, not even one Emmy Nod for you this year. Meanwhile, 'Liz&Dick' took away two. The TV movie earned nomination for best hair and makeup.
