The Emmy Awards just arrived, and it's time to bring back the worst dressed from the past Emmy Awards.

Celebrities are known to showcase their best features in the different designer gowns they have. Around award season, the red carpet is filled with glamorous celebrities that often "wow" at these events. However, not all celebrities, despite their fame in Hollywood, have perfected the art of walking the red carpet.

Over the years, many have fallen prey of these exaggerated and what-were-you-thinking moments. Some of the worst-dressed celebrities learned from their mistakes such as Sarah Jessica Parker and is now known as a fashion icon. Talk about from "not to hot." Another actress that got better over the years is Gwyneth Paltrow.

As for other stars, some just don't learn. Cher keeps getting it wrong every time that you have to wonder if her stylist is as ancient as her. As for Joan Rivers, fashion police should place her under arrest for some outfits worn in the previous Emmy Awards. As for the others, well go on and be awestruck by the fashion "what's."

This year's Emmy Awards 2013 better have fashion-wise celebrities because they wouldn't want to see their names in the Worst Dressed of 2013. It is rare that celebs would get it wrong now, but, well, you never know.
