Everton boss Roberto Martinez, speaking ahead of the Chelsea clash on Saturday, believes that his counterpart, Jose Mourinho, could guide the Blues to Premier League glory.

"From the outside, clearly Chelsea looks a team that are capable of competing for the title," Martinez told premierleague.com.

"It's the final third of the season - I think now is the time that the teams can speak about the aims of this season."

The Blues have remained undefeated in England's top-tier since December 14. However, two of their four recent fixtures against West Ham and West Brom (teams that they were expected to beat) ended in draws, while City outclassed them in an FA Cup clash last Saturday.

Nevertheless, Mourinho will capitalise on his squad's fantastic form to prevent the same result when they first met the Toffees in the League.

Skipper John Terry, who went down with a muscle injury, will undergo a late fitness test to determine his availability.
