Everything 1D: One Direction Wins Big at NRJ Music Awards to 'Directioner' Flash Mob [PHOTOS & VIDEO]
While the boys are busy with their tours, they've been winning one award to the next plus spreading quite the "Directioner Fever" all over. "Directioners" have been showing quite the support with viral flash mob videos.
The One Direction cuties namely Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan took home the biggest awards at the NRJ Music Awards 2013 last night. The boys beat out music moguls, Coldplay, Maroon 5, Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen for the award, Best International Group of the Year.
While all the boys took to the stage to accept the award, it was Harry Styles who have the group's acceptance speech which is as follows.
"I have to say massive thank you to our French fans. We wouldn't be here without you. Our French record label [is] absolutely amazing. We don't speak French," said Styles, adding, "Obviously, we weren't born here. To be welcomed in this country is amazing, so thank you so much."
The boys didn't only take the stage for the acceptance award but to perform their hit song, "Kiss You" as well. Changing from their black and brown coordinated outfits, Niall, Harry, Liam, Louis and Zayn dressed up in black, blue and white ensembles for the performance.
"Directioners" are quite happy of course with the results and to show off their support, viral videos have been posted on the web and spread out via Twitter. Flash mob videos of "Directioners" dancing to the hits of One Direction have been quite the trend. From British "Directioners" to Australian 1D fans, the support is obviously tremendous.
One video that has garnered attention as of late is Tahnee Cook's "One Direction Sydney Flash Mob Take 2!" The said video has over 66 thousand views on YouTube and the number continues to increase with all the retweets the video is getting on Twitter.
The first video was taken back in January 2012 gaining recognition from the boys of One Direction. This second video is sure to get the boys' attention once again. Take a look at the video below.
