Steven Spielberg's "Extant" starring Halle Berry aired the episodes "Care and Feeding" (Season 1, episode 9) and "A Pack of Cards" (Season 1, episode 10) on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2014. "Care and Feeding" was shown at 9-10 p.m., ET/PT, while "A Pack of Cards" was shown after it at 10-11 p.m. EST on CBS. Molly Woods (Halle Berry) and her baby were put in danger when Alan Sparks (Michael O'Neill) took off with it. "Extant" Season 1, episode 9 "Care and Feeding" Recap:

"Extant" Season 1, episode 9 "Care and Feeding" was written by Mickey Fisher and directed by Dan Attias. Here's what happened in this particular episode. Sparks decided to take Molly's baby to an isolated place. It turns out that he's been seeing visions of his daughter Katie Sparks (Tessa Ferrer), a former astronaut at the International Space Exploration Agency, or ISEA. Meanwhile, Molly reluctantly had to join forces with Yasumoto (Hiroyuki Sanada) to look for her baby. As for Harmon, he didn't push through with Molly's original plans of saving the baby and he decided to go after it instead.

"Why the hell did you do that? Talk to me Harmon or was that your plan to come down here and kill it?!" Molly asked Harmon Kryger (Brad Beyer) in the "Extant" sneak peek posted on its official YouTube channel.

"It is not your baby. It's a nightmare," Harmon replied.

"Extant" Season 1, episode 10 "A Pack Of Cards" was written by Leslie Bohem and directed by Dan Lerner. Here's what happened in this particular episode. Molly and Dr. Mason (Owain Yeoman) talked about her baby in a diner. There she answered some of Dr. Mason's questions about it. Plus, Molly continued to be on the lookout for her missing baby. She enlisted Yasumoto's help to assist her. However, her husband John (Goran Visnjic) discovered that Yasumoto might be up to no good and has an ulterior motive for helping Molly find her baby. As for Sparks, he starts to get obsessed with visions of Katie and its link to Molly's baby.

"I saw someone. He died a very long time ago and just to see him again was beautiful," Molly said to Dr. Mason in the "Extant" sneak peek posted on its official YouTube channel.

"That's the real miracle here. The fact that they can bring back the people that you've lost," Dr. Mason said to Molly.
