The Ryan Reynolds-Blake Lively relationship is not something new, but it definitely garners attention from their fans around the world after showing how lovey-dovey they were getting with each other during a vacation.

"The über hot duo of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds took to a Utah bed and breakfast for a romantic Thanksgiving getaway, and paps were quick to spot this PDA-happy couple on their perfect vacay," reports E! Online on short Utah vacation the couple took as they were spotted by the paparazzi.

Reynolds and Lively starred together in the superhero movie "Green Lantern" and have been rumored to be dating each other ever since. However, there are speculations that the so-called relationship is all for show. Is it really though?

Pairing up seemed logical, considering the high profile relationships both parties were part of before they got together. The 35-year old Canadian did just end a marriage to smoldering-hot "Avengers" ex-wife Scarlett Johansson during the summer of 2011, while Lively of "Gossip Girl" fame also ended her fling with Hollywood favorite, Leonardo DiCaprio.

And what better way to show that Reynolds and Lively are both over their exes but by 'accidentally' showing a supposed rumor relationship to paparazzi and allowing them to snap a few photos of being intimate and cozy with each other?

Then again, both parties are equally hot to the point that no one would blame them if they couldn't keep their hands to themselves.

In fact, there have been reports that Johansson might be getting jealous of Reynolds and his new found love.

It is heartwarming, however, knowing that Reynolds still considers his wedding with Johansson as one of best things that happened to his life, as reported by Us Magazine.

As for Reynolds and Lively, fans are definitely excited on how their relationship will develop. Whether this fling is the real or not, this hot couple cannot pretend for long.
