Addison Timlin and Jeremy Irvine have been cast in the movie adaptation of Lauren Kate's bestseller, "Fallen." The two young stars remind fans of Kristen Stewart's and Robert Pattinson's journey to phenomenal fandom, courtesy of a vampire story.

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have changed tremendously since playing Bella Swan and Edward Cullen, respectively, in the Twilight saga. The film was based on Stephenie Meyer's best-selling novel of the same name, a young adult fiction with a solid social media following. From relatively small stars, the couple more popularly known as Robsten, have conquered millions of adoring youth across the world.

Fast forward to 2013, the post-Twilight era. Addison Timlin and Jeremy Irvine have been cast as Lucinda Price aka Luce and Daniel Grigori, respectively. The characters are from Lauren Kate's young adult series, "Fallen."

"Fallen" tells the story of a fallen angel and a young girl with special abilities. He is a fallen angel "cursed" to love her. She dies when they hook up - over and over in many lifetimes. Between them stands another fallen angel, Cameron 'Cam' Briel, who has yet to be cast.

It remains to be seen whether Addison and Jeremy would have the same potent chemistry that viewers saw in the Robsten couple. But many 'Fallen' fans are thrilled to know they've been cast for the film. The actor playing Cam, meanwhile, has yet to be announced.

Addison, 22, had captured fans for her role in "Californication" Season 4. Her love interest in "Fallen" is British Irvine, 23. He was seen on War Horse, 2011, among others.

From vampires to fallen angels, the young movie goers can make or break the career of Addison and Irvine. Can these Fallen stars match the passion sparked by the Kristen-Robert pairing in Twilight? The book and movie fans will decide whether this new pair could give justice to their favourite characters.
