'Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald': The suitcase is back
New pictures from “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald” have been released online. One of the pictures show the suitcase from the first film that contains all those hidden magical creatures inside.
A new set of movie stills have been posted on EntertainmentWeekly. The first picture shows Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) with his old suitcase. The still is from his workshop in London, where he has built a sanctuary for all the injured magical creatures.
The other interesting picture in the set is that of Leta Lestrange (Zoe Kravitz). The still is of scene in which Leta visits Hogwarts again, and looks at her old desk. The scene hints at a possible romantic relationship between her and Newt back when they were students at the famous wizarding school.
Newt will get to team up with his older brother Theseus (Callum Turner) for the first time in the upcoming movie. Both the brothers are now famous. Theseus is a well know war hero, and his name was mentioned in the first movie. Newt is now famous after his book about the magical creatures has become a best seller. The picture shows the two brothers with their wands drawn at Pere Lachaise Cemetery.
Tina Goldstein (Katherine Waterston) will also be back in the film. She will team up with Newt again, and the picture shows them exploring the records room at the French Ministry of Magic.
The heroes and the villains will be heading to Paris in the next film, and the reason is Credence (Ezra Miler). Queenie (Alison Sudol) will also go there, but her reason for going there remains a mystery. She is in love with the muggle Jacob Kowolski (Dan Fogler), and a picture of the character is also a part of the set.
The main villain is Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp). Vinda Rosier (Poppy Corby-Tuech) is from a prestigious wizarding family, but she will ally herself with the villain.
