‘Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them’ Maybe A Trilogy But Producers Focus On It As Just One

Fans of the "Harry Potter" movies will soon get to return to the fantasy world created by J.K. Rowling. David Heyman spoke to Collider about "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them." The producer revealed that production designer Stuart Craig has joined the movie project.
Stuart Craig was responsible for designing the fantasy world in the "Harry Potter" movies. Steve Kloves and Lionel Wigram are also reportedly involved in the movie project. Steve Kloves has written the screenplay for most of the "Harry Potter" movies, but his specific involvement in "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" is still not clear. The screenplay of the upcoming movie has been written by J.K. Rowling.
The producers revealed that casting for the upcoming movie has still not begun. He reportedly said that the movie was still in its "early, early, early days." But he did confirm that shooting for the film is scheduled to begin later this year.
It is still not clear whether "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" will be made into a trilogy. The producer reportedly said that, although there has been talk about a trilogy, the focus right now is just on this one upcoming movie.
The success of "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" may determine the future of the franchise. None of the characters from the "Harry Potter" movies are expected to feature in the new movie. The upcoming movie is set 70 years before the young wizard went to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry along with his friends Ron and Hermione.
"Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" will focus on a new protagonist known as Newt Scamander. The character is a writer and adventurer who goes on a short visit to New York City but circumstances force him to stay in the city for the duration of the movie.
