Farrah Abraham's got a bigger pair. The former Teen Mom and now porn star has proudly revealed that she underwent another boob job, increasing her size from C to D. Not only that, the 22-year-old mother of one also claimed she watches her own sex tape if she wants to masturbate.

Farrah started with a fairly flat chest size, but had undergone breast implant operation in 2010, which made her size jump from A to C. However, it seems that she wasn't satisfied with having the third letter of the alphabet for breasts, so she had another operation.

Since the minimum age requirement to receive silicone implants in the U.S. is 22, she had to wait until she turned that age before she could swap her saline C cups to silicone D cups. And on May 21, just three days after she turned 22, she jumped onto the operating table to get a bigger pair.

Cosmetic surgery isn't new to the controversial reality show star. She also has had her nose and chin done in 2012.

When asked if she thinks four surgeries in three years seem excessive for someone as young as her, she told Life & Style, "I don't think I've done too much surgery at a young age. If someone wants to walk around with bags under their eyes, that's fine. But personally, I want to look my best. And I'm looking amazing."

Not only does she lack modesty, she apparently also lacks a sense of reality when she said, "No one who meets me thinks I've had plastic surgery. I don't look fake."

That's not what people who have watched her infamous sex tape with porn star James Deen said. A lot of comments online notice how obvious her implants look onscreen.

Farrah, who has been spending her days on a paid X-rated tour, also appeared on Howard Stern's radio show on Wednesday.

When the shock jock asked what turns her on, she answered that she masturbates to her own video, Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom, which Vivid Entertainment produced and released on May 6.

She still maintained her old story that her sex tape was originally taped for her personal use only before people learned of its existence.
