Paul Walker's Character Brian O'Connor may not retire in "Fast and Furious 7." It was previously reported that the makers of the film don't want to kill Walker's character in the film but they will retire his character.

According to IGN's interview with "Fast and Furious 7" Writer Morgan, no conclusion has been made regarding Paul's character and the decision still needs to be finalized.

"I mean at this point, everyone took a break and we're having time to grieve," the writer said. "And now everyone is coming together, linking arms and trying to figure out what the best way forward is. And that's kind of the stage we're at right now. Everyone is motivated to make it something special and move forward in the right way."

With regard to reports about the retirement of Paul's character, the writer told the Web site, "I saw that and I wasn't quite sure where that was coming from. There's nothing set in stone at all. Those are the conversations we're just now having. Nothing's decided. Everything is still open and on the table."

"Fast and Furious 7" is an adventurous movie and gets the adrenaline rush going. However, with the sudden passing away of Paul Walker, we wonder how will the audience react to the movie.

With Paul's fans suffering and how the movie will move further, Morgan further told IGN.com, "Certainly there have been concerns, but that franchise is what that franchise is," adding, "It's special because of those actors and those characters. All I can say is that we're just kind of huddled and we'll find the right way to move forward."

Regarding Walker's death, Morgan said, "It is a crazy thing that I haven't seen in Hollywood before, and not to that level. To have to deal with a loss halfway through a movie like that."

There is still no confirmed news regarding "Fast and Furious 7" production. The release date for Fast and Furious 7 has been pushed to April 10, 2015.
