The brothers of actor Paul Walker, who died in November, will fill in for the late action star in order to complete scenes in the upcoming film "Fast & Furious 7," according to a statement posted on the film's Facebook page. Caleb and Cody Walker will help finish action scenes for their brother and "fill in small gaps left in production," the statement said. Reuters

"Fast & Furious 7" is set for release next year. Ludacris, who plays Tej Parker in the film, recently shared a snapshot of himself with co-stars Vin Diesel and late actor Paul Walker. The picture seems to be from the yesteryears and it shows the three actors laughing and having a good time.

Ludacris has captioned the picture as "Good times with vindiesel & paulwalker." Ludacris posted the photo on his Instagram account.Vin Diesel also took to Facebook and shared a photo of himself where he could be seen driving a car. Though the actor did not caption the photo, it looked like a shot from "Fast & Furious 7." The snapshot received more than 100,000 likes.

"Fast 7" is set for release in April next year. The film has garnered much attention due to Paul Walker's untimely demise. The actor passed away on Nov. 30 in a car accident. Walker was coming from charity event when his car met with an accident. Since then, Cody and Caleb Walker have stepped in to do the remaining scenes of Walker. Paul played the role of Brian O' Connor in the film. It has been reported that his character would retire in the film and Cody Walker's character would continue in the upcoming Fast franchise.

As far as plotline of the film goes, it has been speculated that the film would revolve around Han's death. Han was one of the "Fast" gang members. In one of the scenes leaked from "Fast 7" the actors are shown attending a funeral ceremony. It is being said that Fast gang would go on a search mission of Han's killer, according to the reports.

"Fast & Furious 7" would also star Jason Statham in a negative role. The other cast of the film includes Vin Diesel ( as Dominic Toretto), Dwayne Johnson (Luke Hobbs), Michelle Rodriguez (Letty Ortiz), Jordana Brewster (Mia Toretto), Lucas Black (Sean Boswell), Tyrese Gibson (Roman Pearce) and Ludacris (Tej Parker) and others.
