The production of "Fast and Furious 7" may be completed soon. According to recent reports, Universal is moving forward with the film so as to avoid the delay of the film.

An insider revealed to Mid-Day.com, "They have so much footage of Walker from the previous 'Fast and Furious' movies and outtakes that can be edited in, plus they can use CGI, the New York Post reported. Universal has already invested 150 million dollars in the film"

So will Cody Walker replace Paul Walker in the film? It was previously reported that producers are considering the former to step into the shoes of Paul Walker. However, now a source has told the website that, "Cody doesn't look enough like his brother, who was 40, or act enough like him, to impersonate Paul."

Cody is 15- years younger to Paul Walker and works a stuntman in Hollywood. So does this mean that "Fast and Furious" franchise will move on without Paul Walker?

According to the Hollywood Reporter, "the new plot line is that the late actor's character, Brian O'Conner, will retire." Though there is no official confirmation regarding the plot of the film, the writer of "Fast and Furious 7" Chris Morgan said in an interview that nothing has come on the table regarding Brain O'Connor ( Paul Walker's character).

"There's nothing set in stone at all. Those are the conversations we're just now having. Nothing's decided. Everything is still open and on the table," says Morgan in an interview.

He added that he has no idea where the reports of Paul Walker's retirement are coming in. In addition, he said that the production house and creative team is still on a look out for a plot, which could do justice to Walker's character.

While there are various speculations regarding Paul's character, it seems nothing has been confirmed yet. Fans have to wait for the movie to be released to see how Paul Walker will be bid farewell from the "Fast and Furious" series. Let us know your thoughts.
