The recent speculation is that Paul Walker's character, Brian O'Connor may die in the film. Contrary to early reports, Brian O' Connor may not retire in the film.

According to Latinpost.com, an unnamed source told Hollywoodreporter.com that: "The makers of the film are planning to retire Walker's character from the film. The source had revealed to the website that now Paul's character is married he will not be the part of adventurous entourage, rather he will be retiring for his family's sake."

The report even said that film director James Wan, Morgan and Universal studios have decided to twist the script in a way, which will keep the essence of Walker's character in the film.

However, according to IGN.com writer of "Fast and Furious 7" Morgan said that nothing has been confirmed regarding Paul's character. Apparently, the production house is still mulling about the future of Fast 7. Many rumors suggest that Brian O'Connor (Paul's character) may die in the film.

Contrary to the reports, Morgan told IGN.com, "There's nothing set in stone at all. Those are the conversations we're just now having. Nothing's decided. Everything is still open and on the table."

In his revelation to the website, the writer assured that whatever they will plan regarding Brian O' Connor's character will be special and memorable. Reportedly, the team is motivated to do something extremely special for Paul.

Paul Walker passed away in a tragic car crash on November 30 with his friend Rogar Rodas. According to Latinpost.com, the latter lost control of the car as it was travelling faster than 100mph. The car bumped into a lighting post before bursting out into flames.

Before the accident, Paul had completed a number of scenes for the film. The film production had stopped after his death and now even the release of film has been postponed from April 2014 to April 10, 2015.

Now what could happen to Walker's character in the film. Would he die or retire? All that is left for fans is to wait and see what happens next.
