A recent turn of event has suggested that Paul Walker's character Brian O' Connor may come out alive in the film. Though the makers of the film have not given any official word regarding the fate of his character in the film, the buzz is that makers of the film are going to need someone who can fill Walker's shoes in the film.

This rumor regarding the Paul Walker's character in "Fast an Furious 7" have surfaced following Walker's full autopsy. It was previously rumored that Cody Walker may play Brian O'Connor in the film as he resembles Paul in many ways.

A source told DailyMail.com, "Producers had a string of meetings right after Paul's death. They soon realized they needed someone who looked like Paul to finish the movie and that's when they approached his nearly identical brother, Cody. They can shoot Cody from behind and at distance and if it's a shot they need Paul's face in close up they can CGI it later on."

If the new rumor is to be believed then the producers of the film don't want Brian O'Connor to meet a tragic end in the film. Rather, they want him to stay alive in the film after all Paul Walker was one of the main leads of the Fast series.

A report in OK! Magazine revealed, "The producers of the film want to complete the film and no there has been no conclusion in regards to Walker's character in the film. The screenwriters are thinking of paying a right tribute to Walker's character rather than kill him off.

Though fans are still not sure as to how "Fast and Furious 7" will move without Paul Walker. The actor died in a tragic car crash on Nov. 30 when his car burst out into flames.

Meanwhile, the release date of "Fast and the Furious 7" has been postponed to April 2015.
