'Fast & Furious 7' Secret Details Revealed: Paul Walker's Last Film To Surprise The Audience, Says Director James Wan
"Fast & Furious7" is one of the most awaited films of 2015. The film has been in the news for a plethora of reasons, from the sad demise of its lead actor Paul Walker to the roping in of "Saw" director James Wan. Moreover, the actors of the movie have been quite proactive in sharing the details of the film, further piquing the curiosity of the fans. What adds more to the film expectations is James Wan's recent interview in which he has suggested that the audience would be surprised with the plot of "Fast & Furious 7."
"But I think the final product will surprise a lot of people. It's that hardest film I've ever had to make but it's also the one I'm proudest of," said Wan in his interview with Collider.
Wan also said that though he has worked on small budget films prior to "Fast & Furious 7," the money involved doesn't really matter. Wan is known for making horror films, and his films "Saw" and "Conjuring" both proved to be a major box office success. This reportedly raises fans' hopes for "Fast & Furious 7."
Furthermore, it is not only Wan who thinks that "Fast & Furious 7" is the hardest film he has made; producer Neil Moritz also shares the same feeling. According to Wan, for Neil, "Fast & Furious 7" was one of the toughest films to produce. "Neil Moritz [the film's producer] has been doing this for a long time and is a very successful, seasoned producer and he said that 'Fast 7' is the hardest movie he's ever had to make as well in his entire career," Wan further said in his interview.
"Fast and Furious 7" suffered many setbacks when Walker passed away in a tragic car accident on Nov 30. The production of the film was halted and a slew of changes had to be made in the script regarding Walker's character. Paul's brothers Cody and Caleb Walker were later roped in to do Paul's remaining scenes. "Fast & Furious 7" is set for release in April 2015.
