Britney Spears, Kate Winslet, Christina Aguilera Battled Their Weight Issues Beautifully
Celebrities are known to weight conscious, but not a lot of readers are aware that a few of the well-known faces were once fat and then went on a transformation journey to lose all the excess weight and become the beauty that they are. Here are a list of a few of them along with the journey of their transformation.
Britney Spears
Britney Spear's personal trainer, Tony Martinez, told Life and Style about Britney's journey of transforming her body in just four weeks.
Martinez said that currently, Britney is the perfect size and that she loves anything green like salads, broccoli, asparagus and kale. Britney, the mother of two, takes in 1,200 to 1,600 protein-packed calories a day that gets delivered to her body in the form of five to six small meals.
Along with her diet, she also does 40-minutes intensive workouts four times a week. Martinez said that they never do the same thing and so she enjoys her workouts that eventually shows in her body.
Kate Winslet
Kate Winslet shared her weight loss journey with E! News. After the birth of her son last December 2013, just within a few weeks she got back to acting for her film 'Divergent'.
She had questioned herself as to how she was going to handle taking care of her son and acting and then she told herself that she was going to make it work somehow.
Between scenes, she would send milk to the hotel where her husband was taking care of their son.
Her weight loss journey was slightly complicated as right after the birth of her son it was difficult to fit into her costumes. She said that taking care of her children kept her busy and also nursing her new-born was helpful for her. She said that when she was nursing, she ate lots, otherwise there wouldn't be anything to feed her child.
Christina Aguilera
According to StyleList, Christina Aguilera lost 49 pounds and is now showing off her sexy body. She is happy, fit and full of life, said the producer of The Voice, Mark Burnett.
Christina limited her intake of alcohol in addition to avoiding unhealthy items from her favourite restaurant, Nate 'n Al's.
Her day started off with blueberries, avocado and turkey bacon that is an ideal combination of healthy fats and proteins. For snacks, she indulged in celery and almond butter and also enjoyed shrimp cocktail. Her lunch was chicken breast with a veggie-filled salad and her dinner included either chicken or fish curry with a glass of wine.
