With seven of eight quarterfinal spots already secured, the final day of the elimination round of the FIBA EuroBasket championship will be huge for both Spain and Greece.

After a dominant outing in the first elimination round, the Spaniard found their selves in odd situation after losing their opener to the Greeks, who suddenly have a chance to dethrone the defending two time EuroBasket champ if they are able to beat Croatia in a big way on Monday.

Greece vs. Croatia - 8:30 p.m

Croatia already booked its place in the knockout stages, though they have a great shot at landing the top spot in Group F, if they can beat Greece. At 1-3, the Greeks seemed to be out of contention for a playoff berth. However, the strength of their 79-75 shocker over Spain gave one more chance to advance.

Spain vs. Italy - 11:45 p.m

Al of sudden, the formidable Spanish basketball team is on a brink of elimination all because of the crappy loss to the Greeks in the opener. With a 2-2 record, Spain has to win their final elimination round game against Italy for them to stay alive. Italy, on the other hand, is looking to end a two-game skid after sweeping all of its games in the first round.

Slovenia vs. Finland - 3:00 a.m

Finland might be already done in the tournament, but expect them to come all out against Slovenia, who emerges as a solid title favorite. Goran Dragic has been sensation for Slovenia, filling in the boxscore sheet in a night in, night out basis.
