'Fifty Shades Of Grey' Actor Jamie Dornan Talks About 'Red Room' Of Pain In New Interview, Says 'People Want To Get Spanked'

When a person thinks of "Fifty Shades of Grey" one think of bondage sex, "Red Room of Pain" and even spanking. However, Jamie Dornan, who plays the role of a kinky billionaire Christian Grey in the upcoming bondage sex movie "Fifty Shades of Grey," says there is more to the movie than the Red Room of pain. The 32-year-old actor also accepts the fact that bondage sex is far more prevalent worldwide than he had actually thought. According to Jamie, men are more submissive than women are and they want to get "spanked."

"It's a far bigger scene than I imagined: in pretty much any city in the world that you could name, people want to get spanked with a paddle with studs on it," Daily Mail has quoted Jamie as saying to Elle U.K. Jamie also says that "Fifty Shades of Grey" is not an anti-feminist movie. "I can understand why people say tying a woman up and spanking her is misogynistic. But actually, more men are submissive than women. Very powerful men," said Jamie, according to the publication. The actor then added that the bondage sex in the movie does not promote torture or violence.

Jamie also talked about how the upcoming movie is not only based on bondage sex in the "Red Room" of pain but also tells a love story between Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey. In the movie the protagonist Christian has a secret room called "Red Room" where he keeps his sex toys and brings his girlfriends. The movie's latest trailer also shows how Anastasia Steele is seen enjoying in the same room with her eyes blind folded.

The movie "Fifty Shades of Grey" has put Jamie in spotlight as an actor. But the actor says he is not fazed by the fame and says that he is not into this career because he want to be clicked by photojournalists.
