'Fifty Shades of Grey' Film Stars: Mila Kunis & Tom Hardy [PHOTOS]
The "Fifty Shades of Grey" film adaptation is getting everyone antsy in anticipation. With the book still continuing to top the book charts, it's not surprising the number of book lovers and fans increase by the second.
Thanks to that hype, fans all over and creating lists of potential actresses and actors set to play the leads and by the numbers, Sexiest Woman Alive, Mila Kunis along with Tom Hardy are the best bets.
And thanks to Esquire Magazine, Mila Kunis has been eyed by "Fifty Shades" fans as the potential actress to play Anastasia Steele. Mila may be far off as the virginal-door-next-door type but given her incredible acting skills, Kunis could just pull it off.
So who would be playing alongside Mila Kunis as her love interest, Christian Grey? Grey as described in the book is a 27-year old brooding type of entrepreneur who sways more on the lust side than on love. Who better than to play such dashing and dastardly role than British hunk, Tom Hardy?
Given Grey's dominating persona, Hardy is just the perfect choice judging from all his dominating roles in "Batman" as Bane and the famous British president in prison, Charles Bronson. Tom won't be having a hard time playing up Grey's romantic side given he did star in the film, "This Means War."
Still, Mila Kunis and Tom Hardy are just two big names in the business set up for the lead roles as Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey, respectively. Other actors in Hollywood whose names have been included in numerous fan polls include "Harry Potter's" Emma Watson, "Twilight's" Kristen Stewart, "Pretty Little Liars" Lucy Hale, "Drive's" Ryan Gosling", "Magic Mike's" Matt Bomer and Henry Cavill.
E.L. James, the author of the BDSM-filled novel, did admit that casting call for the film is still far off in the plans. Yet, with Universal studios working on the script for the film adaptation a film and a cast might just be announced before the year 2012 comes to an end.
For now, all fans and avid readers of the books can do is cross their fingers and pray that their potential protégés do manage to make it into the film. However, the choice of Mila Kunis and Tom Hardy as the lead actors seems like the perfect cast.
