Only a few more days before the month of August officially ends yet there is still no word of a cast from the producers of "Fifty Shades of Grey." Speculation continues with regards to who among Hollywood's hottest would play the coveted parts of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele. The latest name up for the part of Ana is "Social Network's" Dakota Johnson.

After months of waiting, Universal Studios and Focus Features finally released a casting call for the lead parts in the film adaptation. Aside from reviewing all the applications sent in by various agents of their talents, producers have opened the auditions to the public in hopes of finding the perfect Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey.

Strict qualifications have been implemented for the lead roles. For the part of Christian Grey, producers are searching for male talents that are extremely good-looking, confident and between the ages of 25 to 33. The age qualification has shot down a few potential Hollywood stars such as Ian Somerhalder, Alexander Skarsgard and Michael Fassbender who aged 34, 36 and 36 respectively.

On the other hand, for the part of Ana producers are searching for female talents that are very beautiful, innocent-looking and between the ages of 20 to 25. With the age qualification, fan favourite Alexis Bledel is already out of the running given she is 31 years old. Of course, this has not stopped fans from continuously rooting for their fan favourites even with the age requirement.

If there is one Hollywood star eyed for the part and falls within the age requirement, it would be "Social Network's" Dakota Johnson. Johnson is 21 years of age which makes her eligible for the role of Ana.

"The actress, who shared a love scene with Justin Timberlake in The Social Network, has been linked to the role of Anastasia Steele," reports The Wrap.
