Beloved by a lot of readers, E.L. James novels "Fifty Shades of Grey" continue to get the buzz and with another name on the list to play the lead role of Christian Grey it's not hard to follow along the hype. An additional actor is up for the highly-acclaimed role of Christian Grey. Who is it this time around?

"Pretty Little Liars" star, Ian Harding, known for playing Ezra Fitz is, is up for the role of Christian Grey. Judging from all the rom com scenes between Ian's character and Lucy Hale's, it's no wonder fans of the "Pretty Liar Series" want them both for the role as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele respectively.

Harding does fit the description of the BDSM-loving character, Christian Grey. Though Harding's age is a quick giveaway, Ian does have the easy on the eye German look plus the smouldering stare enough to turn legs into jelly.

However, this isn't the first time Ian Harding has been buzzed to play the sexually dominant role. Back in June of 2012, Lucy Hale started the controversy of her and Ian playing Christian Grey when she had took a picture of Ian and posted it on Instagram with the caption, "50 Shades of Harding."

Fans of "Pretty Little Liars" definitely can't contest to that. For one, Harding has an extremely large fan base which with most likely propel him to the top of the fan favourite list. As of now, Matt Bomer of "White Collar" is still in the lead to play the 27-year old entrepreneur. Following close are Henry Cavill of "Man of Steel" and Ian Somerhalder of "The Vampire Diaries."

The star of "Pretty Little Liars" isn't the only television actor up for the role because even "Gossip Girl" stars, Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick have been speculated to play the role of Grey. With a director still not seated to direct the film, it'll be a while longer before fans get to see who among these Hollywood hunks will be playing the role of Christian Grey.
