Fifty Shades of Grey movie casting is understood to be making some progress at this point. Several online polls have been made by fans for the lead roles of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele. The other significant role that should be considered is that of Kate Kavanagh, Ana's stunning and gorgeous best friend and college roomie. Who among Kaley Cuoco, Dianna Agron and Blake Lively is the best for the "Katherine Kavanagh Inquisition?"

Kaley Cuoco. This "Big Bang Theory" sweetheart is among the highest paid comedy actresses on TV. With the success of the CBS comedy, Cuoco has made a bigger name for herself. She even gets a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame (TV category). She's young, vivacious and obviously very sexy. Kaley seems great as Kate Kavanagh. As her budding romance with Man of Steel Henry Cavill grows, people would be more interested in seeing her in steamy scenes. Incidentally, her man Henry is among the top fan favourites for the Christian Grey role. (Update: Rumours are saying Kaley and Henry split up after just two weeks of dating.)

Dianna Agron. On Glee, she's played the cheerleader who got pregnant in high school. She can play biatch and sexy, that's for sure. She'd look good in the Fifty Shades of Grey movie. She's got big lovely eyes and a sweet face that can really get man tongue-tied. Ana says Kate has this strong effect on men. Between Dianna and Kaley, though, Kaley still has the edge on the acting department. It seems Dianna is not a good fit to Kate's wilder side. Kaley has the greater potential in pulling that off.

Blake Lively. Married and planning on having many kids (according to hubby Ryan Reynolds in interviews), it is doubtful for Blake to take such a sexy role in Fifty Shades of Grey. But maybe she's the kind of actress who'd gladly separate her film roles from her personal life. If she is, that's great. Because she seems perfect for the inquisition that drives Ana mad.

Kate Kavanagh's love interest would be Christian Grey's brother, Elliott. Kate, Ana, Christian and Elliott will look all fabulous in double-dates. Who do you think should be cast for these sexy roles?

From the rich and sexy imagination of E.L. James, the film adaptation of the erotic Fifty Shades of Grey will be directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson. Kelly Marcel has taken care of the screenplay. It is scheduled to hit the cinemas in August 2014.
