It would be a dream for any aspiring actress in Hollywood to play the role of Anastasia Steele. And now that Selena Gomez is coming out of age, will she be ready to take on a risqué role?

Selena Gomez is undeniably one of the freshest faces in Hollywood today. Thanks to her Latina genes, she's one of the most sought after and admired singer/actress in the industry. Now that she is slowly evolving in her genre in music, transitioning into a more adult tune, is she ready to take on a role such that of Anastasia Steele in the upcoming "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie?

She is only 20-years-old but that doesn't mean that Selena doesn't have what it takes to take on mature roles. If anything, she certainly looks the part of Ana Steele in comparison to other celebrities in the poll list like Kristen Stewart or Alexis Bledel.

Some may think that she looks so naïve and too young but it's actually the whole point of the erotic novel. A young innocent girl being lured by the charismatic and assertive millionaire, Christian Grey.

Selena has recently starred in spoofs that involved the movie, but apart from her humorous take on the book, she could definitely bag the female lead role of the anticipated film. If anything, it would be her big break in Hollywood and achieve a level of success far greater than what Kristen Stewart had when she played "Bella Swan."

However, with the amount of potential actors and actresses in Hollywood, the competition to win the role gets harder. The producers haven't yet made any confirmation as to who would portray the famous roles of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele. But as far as playing Ana is concerned, Selena could be a tough contender.
