Max Martini is all set to play the role of Christian Grey's bodyguard in the movie "Fifty Shades of Grey."

Variety reports that he is in negotiations to play the role of Grey's bodyguard. "Fifty Shades of Grey" is based on the erotic romance novel by E. L. James. Often called mommy porn, "Fifty Shades of Grey" follows the relationship between Anastasia Steele and damaged Italian billionaire, Christian Grey. The books of the "Fifty Shades" trilogy include descriptive erotic scenes, featuring sexual practices such as dominance and submission and BDSM.

Directed by SamTaylor-Johnson, the filming of the movie is scheduled to begin in December in Vancouver. Jamie Dornan will be portraying the role of Grey, while Dakota Johnson has been cast as Anastasia Steele.

E.L. James said to Entertainment Weekly that she is "terrified" as the movie is all set to begin filming. "I've been terrified from the moment I published the book. My mother was terrified of everything, and so am I," James stated.

"It's a terrible way to grow up. You don't expect this kind of success. Even now it floors me. My only ambition for the books was to see them in bookstores. This is huge. And there is this passionate fandom; we need to get this right for them," E.L. James added.

She believes that the fans will hold her responsible if they dislike the movie. "Oh God, of course they will. They hold me responsible for everything," James declared.

Dornan said to Entertainment Weekly that he does not fear playing the role of Grey. "I already got a glimpse into working with Sam at the test, and I'd met Dakota by then. So I had a glimpse into how I felt it would be if I got the part. None of it scared me," he said.

Entertainment Weekly had reported earlier that Universal Pictures intends to release "Fifty Shades of Grey" during Valentine's Day Weekend 2015. The original plan was to release the movie on August 1, 2014. The movie is now scheduled to release on Friday, Feb 13, 2014. The President's Day holiday falls on the same date, which provides the movie a 3-day holiday window.
