First it was his fans, now it's the management. No one is happy with Harry Styles for choosing Kendall Jenner as his current girlfriend. Fans have blasted the curly haired cutie on various social media sites saying he should back off from Jenner. Now the One Direction hottie has been asked by his management team to stay away from the half sister of Kim Kardashian citing her as a "distraction" for his career.

Harry and Kendall have been spending a lot of time together since Nov last year. Both have been spotted at gay clubs, skiing together and even having dinner dates together. Harry rushed back to her current flame from Paris and travelled a long distance just to spend a night with Kendall. Whenever the two are not together physically they reportedly spend a lot of time on phone calls and texting each other like any youngster in love would do. However this intimacy is not going too well with One Direction's management team after he told them point blank that he is in love with the 18-year-old.

"Harry has told his management team as well as his band members that he thinks he's in love with Kendall. Obviously they are terrified," a source told Hollyscoop adding that the management is not happy with the love birds.

"His management think that she is a huge distraction and are very concerned without the amount of time he's been spending with her. They want him to focus on the music right now because he's so big, and have told him not to get too serious with Kendall," the source added, according to the magazine.

The couple is reportedly obsessed with each other and are at that stage in love where they cannot stay away from each other for a long time. Since Harry is usually globe-trotting due to his busy career, the two spend a lot of time (sometimes as much as 30 times a day) talking to each other on cell phone, according to InTouch magazine.

Harry is at that stage in his life where he should focus on building his career and making more music. The One Direction hottie should find a middle path where he can keep his management as well as his girlfriend happy. Since most of his band mates have girlfriends, it would be unfair if Harry is asked to stay away from Kendall. What are your views?
