The hilarious zoo animals are back with the much awaited three-quel! Get ready to "Move it, move it", European style.

Marty the Zebra, voiced by Chris Rock; Alex the Lion, voiced by Ben Stiller; Gloria the Hippo, voiced by Jada Pinkett Smith, and Melman the Giraffe, voiced by David Schwimmer, are back to rule the big screen. Joined by their equally crazy friends, King Julian, voiced by Sacha Baron Cohen, Maurice, voiced by Cedric the Entertainer, and their team of black and white, the Penguins.

"These pillow are filled with baby birds!" says one of the comical penguins in a scene from the movie. Apart from the glimpse of their Monte Carlo hotel room, the trailer also shows the gang pulled into one big circus act. Or is it really an act or a cover to get back to New York?

Apparently, even after getting back to their roots and Alex being reunited with his parents, the gang still want their old home back and the joys of city life. Still trying to get back to the Big Apple, these New Yorkers travel Europe, attracting attention the whole way through their voyage back home.

What's an animated movie without the adventure, right? And what's a Madagascar movie without the Madagascar moves?

This time the characters get chased all over Europe by the police lead by Frances McDormand, noted for her role in the latest release of Michael Bay's Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon. The script for Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted is courtesy of writer and director Noah Baumbach. He is best known for his works "The Squid and the Whale" and "Greenberg." As for the gang's production team, Conrad Vernon and Eric Darnell take part as directors for the comedic film.

This three-quel from Dream Work's Animation will be out by June 8 of 2012 and its trailer surely has a lot of laughs in store for its young and old fans.

The question is, will the lovable characters finally get back to New York or is there a fourth installment in the works? Find out and watch the trailer below.
