What appeared to be a very exhausted first-time mom Kim Kardashian was captured in a photograph shared by her sister, Khloe Kardashian, on her Facebook page. This is the first time Kim was seen after giving birth to her first baby with partner, Kanye West, baby North West.

In the photo that gives fans a glimpse of Kim’s post-baby look, the reality starlet was joined by Lamar Odom’s boxer pup, Bernard. With the photo is the caption written by Khloe that said: 'I love my lil baby so much,' referring to her husband’s dog.

The picture did not indicate when it was taken, but it raised speculations that Kim is indeed being “maternal” and being a mom comes naturally for her.

Kim has been quiet since she gave birth to Baby Nori, as they affectionally call the newborn. But she broke her silence on Thursday last week, a day before they sneaked out of Cedars-Sinai hospital on Friday.

Kim’s GF and the mother of his first baby took to Twitter but only to greet her sister, Khloe.

Kim wrote: The birthday girl! I love you so much!!!!'

Known to make her presence felt on social media, it was a bit surprising to read quite short message from the starlet. Following the one-liner greetings, Kim posted a collage of photos of the Kardashians, featuring the siblings when they were little.

She then tweeted: “@khloekardashian. The most loyal & supportive person on the planet! Life wouldn’t be the same without you Kokes!”

It appears that Kim has high regards for her younger sister.

Meanwhile, Kim as a new mom has been reported a natural in taking care of her baby. A source told Us Weekly that Kim surprised herself with the way she has looked after baby Nori since birth.

'Kim can't believe how maternal she is on her own,' a source was quoted as telling the publication, adding, “She is breastfeeding constantly... [it] is working for her and she already feels she has bonded with Nori.”

This was affirmed by Kim’s friend, Robin Antin who was also shocked to see Kim effortlessly holding their baby.

'When I walked in to see her, Kim was holding the baby. I said: "Oh my God, you're a natural." Kim said: "I know - it's so weird".' Pussycat Doll founder Robin Antin told Us Weekly, according to The Daily Mail.

This was a real shocker because Kim didn’t want to breastfeed her baby. But her sister Kourtney had enjoined her to it.

'[Kim] wasn't going to, but Kourtney is a huge proponent of breastfeeding,' an insider revealed to the publication.

In other related news, Kim and Kanye remained mum about the rumours that they are engaged to be married allegedly in September. The rumour has been flying around Hollywood since Kanye gave Kim a black diamond ring as a birthday gift to the star after their first baby was born.
