Miley Cyrus had clearly shut out rumours of her doomed engagement with Liam Hemsworth. In a radio interview, Cyrus certainly said it out loud that she's very much still engaged. This of course hasn't stopped fans from wanting Miley to get back together with her "first love", Nick Jonas. Here are five good reasons why they should indeed get back together.

Despite the countless rumours of Liam Hemsworth calling off the engagement, Miley Cyrus was quick to claim otherwise. The bleached blonde haired singer is still engaged to "Hunger Games" hunk, Liam. Yet, there is no word on when the wedding bells would start sounding. Apart from the strong sounds of impending wedding bells, fans are dead set on a reunion between Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas.

The reason to the split between Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas is quite indefinite. Yet, it's obvious the two are not officially over each other. Fans of The Jonas Brothers may recall Nicks' single, "Wedding Balls" which was clearly meant for Miley Cyrus. The song was released right after Miley's engagement announcement to Liam Hemsworth.

While a "Niley" reunion is impossible to happen, fans of both celebrities can't help but imagine the possibilities of them getting back together.
