One of the most recognizable face in the world, Kate Middleton captured millions of hearts when she married Britain's most eligible bachelor, Prince William. Now after three years of wedded bliss and one child, the 32 year-old royal is making headlines wherever she goes with fans following her from all parts of the world.

Here are the five things to love about Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge.

1. She's a style icon. Known for her stunning choices of clothes, the brunette has been rocking the fashion world ever since she joined the royal family in 2011. Joining the ranks of Coco Chanel, Anna Wintour and Carolina Herrera, Middleton was inducted by Vanity Fair in the 2014 International Best-Dressed Hall of Fame. She was also voted as the most stylish British celebrity, beating the likes of Kate Moss and Emma Watson.

2. She has fabulous hair. One of Kate's assets is her gorgeous locks, and during her last royal tour in New Zealand and Australia, she travelled with her own hairdresser. From her sleek blow-dries to her intricate updos, her chocolate brown hair is always well-placed and flawless.

3. She shops in the thrift store. The only member of the royal who shops in a thrift store, Kate was spotted on Aug. 10 browsing some sale racks at Bicester Village in Oxfordshire, England. Based on reports, she picked up a pair of pajamas for her one-year-old bundle of joy, Prince George.

4. She is loving the country life at Anmer Hall, Norfolk, which is reportedly the new home base of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. While Kensington Palace is their official residence, the royal couple is keen to raise their family in the countryside --just like Will and Harry who spent their growing up years in the Queen's Sandringham estate.

5. She's a trendsetter. Termed as the "Kate Middleton Effect," Kate's massive effect on fashion and even in cosmetic surgery is widely known. "She has accelerated sales for us -- when she does wear something, it always seems to go on a waiting list," revealed L.K. Bennett's US president, Tony Di Masso in an interview with Mail Online.
