The friendship between Floyd Mayweather and Justin Bieber is definitely real, contrary to what their critics say. The infamous undefeated boxer Mayweather and teen heartthrob Bieber will definitely spend time with each other whenever they can.

Mayweather posted a picture with Bieber on his Instagram account. It seemed that the two have played in an indoor basketball arcade machine. "I had to let Justin Bieber win, he is family, themoneyteam.com," posted Mayweather as the photo's caption. It has over 43,000 likes now. Click here to see the picture.

A lot of people are still raising their eyebrows because of the unlikely friendship that has developed between the two. Their friendship has even attracted more media attention than some of Mayweather's fights.

Bieber has always supported Mayweather in his boxing matches and has even walked the boxer to the ring quite a few times. Bieber did so in Mayweather's last bout with Canelo Alvarez.

In an interview by V Magazine, Bieber opened up and expressed his similarity with the boxer. "Now, that I am on top, everyone wants to bring me down," said Bieber. "Like Floyd Mayweather, he is the best fighter in the world, and now that he is a champion, people want to bring him down too," said Bieber. "Everytime that Floyd goes to his fight, people always say that he is going to lose this time," added Bieber.

Mayweather has also expressed his admiration towards the Canadian singer and even quoted saying that Justin Bieber is the most genuine person he has ever met.

Mayweather's friendship with Bieber is pure and unadulterated, without a doubt. They are continuously exchanging messages on Twitter, and it sure looks like their closeness will last for a long time. Mayweather will always be cheered by Bieber on his matches, and who knows, he might just ask Bieber to escort him again to the ring on his next bout.
