Former Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl graces the cover of InStyle's October 2010 issue.Heigel has recently appeared opposite Ashton Kutcher in Killers. She will again be seen on the big screen drama Life As We Know It .

In her new InStyle cover, Katherine Heigl said that the experience that her character Holly goes through in Life As We Know It was "[her] experience as Katie in real life." The film revolves around a man and a woman whose repsective best friends died in a car accident, which left them to share in caring for the deceased's daughter.

"My experience as Holly in this movie was my experience as Katie in real life," says Heigl.

"There's this thing where, as a new mother, you're just constantly going, Am I doing this right? Am I handling this right? Am I playing with her enough? Should I be talking to her more? You're just nervous, so you're almost creating more drama than is necessary."

Katherine Heigl's InStyle cover will be available on newsstands on Friday, September 24 in the United States. She stars opposite Josh Duhammel in the upcoming film Life As We Know It, to be directed by Everwood creator Greg Berlanti.
